If you do not have a pre-purchased plan card or, as with most cases, you're renewing your SmartLink Service Plan subscription, you will likely use a credit/debit or a bank draft (ACH) payment option to activate your service plan.
Your credit card number is never stored, by ourselves nor our payment processor. We only store a reference to the card, which can only be billed by Weathermatic, and can never be used to find your real card number.

How it Works
Step 1
Before you can launch a SmartLink Service Plan, your controller must be activated through the Controller Activation process (details here). Once the controller and aircard activation is complete, you’ll be redirected to the Subscriptions page.
Step 2
From the Subscriptions page, you'll find three SmartLink Service Plan payment options. Proceed with Option 3.
- Option 1 - Temporary Plan Activation (30 days)
- Option 2 - Pre-Purchased Plan with a Plan Card
- Option 3 - Plan Purchase with a Credit Card or Bank Draft
Step 3
You can purchase a SmartLink Service Plan by proceeding with the “Purchase Service” option. This may be listed as Option 2 or Option 3, depending on whether or not an available Temporary Activation was used.
Now, select the "Purchase Service” button. This will add your controller's SmartLink Plan subscription to the shopping cart which moves in from the right side of the page.
Step 4
Taking a closer look at your shopping cart...You'll find the recently added controller's subscription. If you want to remove this subscription, click on the grey "X" located near the top right corner.

B) Feature Add-Ons Simply click on the row for each feature you wish to include. Or, deselect the Add-on feature by clicking on the red "x" adjacent to it. Notice that as you add or remove a feature, the dollar amount listed in the Total Billed (grey) row will automatically update to reflect your adjusted total. |

D) Change Payment Method You may have more than one payment method saved to your account. If you wish to switch, click on "Change Payment Method" and select your source. |

Next, you'll arrive at a new screen where you can review your shopping cart items before completing your purchase. Should you need to make changes, simply click on the "Edit Shipping Cart" button located on the top left side. Otherwise, proceed by clicking on the "Process Order" button.
