Launching your controller's SmartLink Service Plan and renewing a subscription plan are similar processes in SmartLink Network. Both begin with the option to select your preferred plan payment method from the controller’s Subscription page.
From the Subscription page, there are three options for launching a SmartLink Service Plan:
This option launches a 30-day temporary plan and is often used by field technicians, who are not responsible for plan payments but need a way to verify the controller's functionality. Someone else in management will typically launch the complete service plan. |

If you purchased a SmartLink Bundle (a controller, aircard, weather station, and service plan) through a distributor, it's likely that it came with a SmartLink Service Plan Card. Located on the backside of the card is a 9-digit redemption code which can be used to redeem your SmartLink Service Plan with the preset service period. |
