SmartLink Service Plans renew on an annual basis. When your plan is within 30 days of renewal, you will receive email notifications and a notification on the controller page with a link for renewing your plan using a credit card. Instructions for renewing your plan are available here. If you do not renew after your plan has expired, your access to the controller within SmartLink will be blocked. Note: You will still be able to run your SmartLine Controller manually on-site without access to SmartLink.
If you decide to re-activate your plan within 180 days after the renewal date, you can do so by paying a $45 re-activation fee and purchasing a SmartLink plan. You can purchase new plans and activations here. After 180 days, your SmartLink Aircard will be unavailable for renewal and you will need to purchase a new SmartLink Aircard and Plan from your local Weathermatic distributor.
