Renew a Single Controller
You can renew your SmartLink plan from within the Controller page. You will receive notifications via email and with a banner on your controller page that your plan is pending renewal. To renew from your controller page, simply click "Renew" and follow the flow described in the video below.
Renew Multiple Controllers
You can also renew one or many controllers simultaneously from "My Account." You must have Billing Responsibility for any controller that you want to renew. You can claim billing responsibility for any controller for which you are an Admin. To view controllers you can renew or claim billing responsibility, go to "Billing" in the "My Account" section. After claiming billing responsibility, you will have the option of renewing by going to "Subscriptions" in the "My Account" section.
