I purchased an Aircard along with a SmartLink Plan and there was a SmartLink Plan Card in the box. How do I activate?

If you purchased the SmartLink Aircard along with a SmartLink Service Plan, you will receive a Service Plan Card in the box with your Aircard similar to the card pictured below.   The Service Plan card has a redemption code and instructions on the back for activating your plan.   (If you purchased an Aircard with a plan, but  the Plan card was not included in the box, please visit this article for further instructions.)

Activating using your Plan Card is simple:  

1.  Go to http://www.smartlinknetwork.com and select "Log-in"
2.  Register for a New Account or Log-in if you have an account.
3.  If you have an existing site, Add (+) New Controller to your site.   Otherwise, Add (+) New Site and Add (+) New Controller.
4. Enter the Aircard ID on your Aircard and Name the Controller
5. Enter your Redemption Code from your Plan Card to activate your plan.
