This issue was resolved at 11:40 am on 9/8. A configuration file was moved with the migration to a new weathermatic.com site that caused an interruption in the service.
We have recognized an issue with the SmartLink Remote for iOS App that is impacting the remote access. This may be an issue with recent iOS patches. You can still access SmartLink on your smartphone and ipad using the native web browser. We'll update this article when additional information on the fix is available.
