SmartLink has the ability to manage individual user roles in your SmartLink account.
Let's set some definitions and examples of different job descriptions in your organization.
- Admin - the top level user. This can be an owner or a high level administrator in your company
- Manager - an account or branch manager
- Inspector - an employee typically assigned to perform site/controller inspections
- Tech - an irrigation tech installing SmartLine controllers and performing repairs in the field
