I'm having trouble keeping my WiFi unit connected.
Make sure your network is healthy. Double-check that everything else on your WiFi network is working fine. Testing with a cell phone isn't the best, since it will often fall back to cellular with your realizing it. Verify WiFi-connected computers, tablets, or smart speakers are working normally. If they have having a problem too, you may need to work with your internet provider to sort out the issue.
Power cycle the WiFi controller. This may help it re-establish a connection to our servers.
Reset the WiFi credentials and re-connect it. You can reset the WiFi credentials on your controller and try re-activating it in the SmartLink app.
Extend your network. If you are continuing to have intermittent connection issues, you may need a WiFi range extender. These devices help to provide stronger connectivity in parts of your home that may have weak WiFi signal.
