Update 9/3/14 OU2K and Telstra have confirmed that these units are back online. DNS changes between carrier were not communicated to Ou2K, which resulted in the outage.
Due to a DNS issue between OU2K and Telstra, many SmartLink aircards in Australia went offline on Thursday, August 28th. Wyless, our M2M partner, is working to resolve the issue urgently. We have escalated to Wyless VP Support and VP Sales. If you believe you are experiencing this issue, contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can log the issue and keep you apprised of resolution.
