The SmartLink Aircard failed to communicate with SmartLink Network. This does not necessarily effect the operations of the controller.
What might happen as a result of the issue?
The network will continue attempts to communicate daily until communications have been restored.
The problem may be the result of no power to controller, an unplugged aircard, a controller panel door which is not securely closed.
Ensure the system and the SmartLink Aircard have power. Confirm that the panel is closed tight to the cabinet. Confirm the status of the Aircard's LED, as it should be solid green if connected to the SmartLin controller and the cellular network.
