Learn how to access and add branches in your company account by following the video or instructions below
Step 1: Log into SmartLink and Access the Company Account Page
- Navigate to smartlinknetwork.com and sign in.
- In the top-right corner, click on Settings.
- Select Company Account from the top-left menu to access the user page.
Step 2: Navigate to the Branches Page
- On the user page, click Branches to view the list of branches in your company account.
Step 3: Add a New Branch
- Click New Branch in the top-right corner.
- Enter a name and address for the new branch.
- When ready, click Save and Continue.
Step 4: Add Users to the Branch
- Select the users you want to add to the branch.
- Choose their permissions by checking the corresponding boxes.
- Click Save and Continue.
- If you don’t want to add users, click Skip for Now.
Step 5: Add Sites to the Branch
- Select the sites you want to assign to the branch by checking the box next to each site.
- Click Save and Continue.
- If you don’t want to add sites, you can skip this step as well.
Step 6: Branch Creation Confirmation
- A success message will appear confirming that the new branch has been created.
- To return to the branches page, click Return to Branches in the top-left corner.
Step 7: Manage Branches and Sites
- You can manage the branch by clicking Manage next to the branch name.
- View users, general information, or delete the branch as needed.
Step 8: Transfer Sites Between Branches
- Click Manage next to the branch you want to transfer sites from.
- Select the sites and click Transfer Sites in the top-right corner.
- Choose the destination branch and click Transfer Sites to complete the transfer.
Step 9: Confirmation of Site Transfer
- A success message will confirm that the sites have been successfully transferred.
- You can now return to the branches page to see the updated branch information.
