Learn how to access your company account subscriptions in SmartLink by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log into SmartLink and Access the Company Account Page
- Navigate to smartlinknetwork.com and sign in.
- In the top-right corner, click on Settings.
- Select Company Account from the top-left menu to access the company account page.
Step 2: Navigate to the Subscriptions Page and Review
- Under your company account name, click on the Subscriptions option to access the subscriptions page.
- On the subscriptions page and under the Search Bar you will see:
- Site names
- Address
- Number of controllers
- Number of subscriptions associated with each site.
Step 3: View Subscription Details
- To view detailed information, click the dropdown menu next to each site.
- Scroll down to see details such as:
- Controller number
- Activation method (e.g., Plan card, purchase order)
- Subscription type (e.g., credit card subscription)
- Valid through date and owner information.
- Additional options are available, such as:
- Activating another plan card or
- Disconnecting an Aircard to transfer it elsewhere.
Step 4: Request a Transfer of Plan or Aircard
- If you want to disconnect and transfer the plan elsewhere, email subscriptions@weathermatic.com for assistance.
Step 5: Manage Payment Methods
- To add or update payment methods, click Payment Method.
- You will be prompted to add a new credit card or bank account.
- Existing payment methods will also be listed on this page.
Step 6: Check Shopping Cart and Pending Subscriptions
- Click on the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner to view pending subscriptions.
- You can complete your purchase or continue with the checkout process from here.
