Learn how to access and manage user goals within your SmartLink Company Account by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log into SmartLink and Access the Company Account Page
- Navigate to smartlinknetwork.com and sign in.
- In the top-right corner, click on Settings.
- Select Company Account from the top-left menu to access the user page.
Step 2: Navigate to the User Goals Page
- From the company account page, click on the User Goals tab located next to Settings.
Step 3: Review Current User Goals
- On the User Goals page, you will see:
- The user’s name
- Login email
- Role in the company account
- Any existing monthly goals
Step 4: Set a New Goal for a User
- Click Set Goal under the Action column next to the desired user.
- Choose the type of goal:
- Inspections: Enter a number for how many inspections per month (e.g., 10).
- Proposals: Set a proposal value, accepted value, or acceptance rate.
- Use the arrow buttons or type in values manually.
- Click Set Goal to save.
Step 5: Remove or Update Goals
- To remove a goal:
- Click Set Goal again for that user.
- Change the value to 0 and click Set.
- A green banner will confirm that the goal was updated or removed successfully.
