Learn how to access and update your Company Account settings in SmartLink by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log into SmartLink and Access the Company Account Page
- Navigate to smartlinknetwork.com and sign in.
- In the top-right corner, click on Settings.
- Select Company Account from the top-left menu to access the user page.
Step 2: Open the Company Account Settings Tab
- From the Company Account page, click on the Settings tab located on the far right of the tab list.
Step 3: Review and Update Company Settings
- You will see your Company Account name at the top.
- You can also:

Upload a company logo that will appear on inspection reports:
- Click Choose File.
- Select your desired image.
- Click Update.
- A success banner will confirm the upload.

Adjust security settings such as:
- Idle time before automatic logout
- Company address
- Make necessary changes and click Update to save.
