Learn how to Access Site Details and Custom Fields in SmartLink Network by following the instructions provided below
Step 1: Log in and Navigate to the Site Details Page
- Log in to your SmartLink account at smartlinknetwork.com
- Go to your Site Page by searching and selecting the correct site.
- In the top right corner, click on the Admin drop down button.
- Select Site Details from the drop down menu.
Step 2: View Basic Site Details
Once you’re on the Site Details page, you can view and change the following information:
- Site Name
- Address
- Site Type
- Acreage
- Inspection Schedule
Step 3: Access and Use Custom Fields
- In the bottom right corner, click on Show Custom Fields.
- Additional fields will appear, including:
- Inspections Contracted
- Gate Code (if applicable)
- Property Manager
- Facility Partner
- Customer Name
- All with Emails and Phone Numbers
- Use this information to easily contact relevant parties or send inspection reports.
Step 4: Add Site Inspection Information (If Applicable)
If you perform site inspections, you can fill in additional fields:
- Site Supervisor Name
- Contract Number
- Meter Number (for commercial sites)
- Potable Water Source
- Maintenance Days
Step 5: Save Your Changes
- After making updates, click on Apply Changes at the bottom.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top, saying Successfully Updated.
