Learn how to create a new SmartLink Network account by following the instructions below, or simply click on the How-To video link:
Step 1: Visit the SmartLink Website
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com.
- Click the Login button in the top right corner of the page.
Step 2: Start the Registration Process
- On the login page:
- Existing users can sign in on the left.
- New users should click the Register button on the right.
Step 3: Complete the Registration Form
Fill out all required fields, including:
- Email address
- Password
- First and last name
- Phone number
- User type (e.g., Landscape Professional)
- Address (select from the auto-complete options)
Be sure to:
- Review the information for accuracy.
- Check the box to accept the User Agreement.
- Click Register to proceed.
Step 4: Confirm Your Email Address
- Open your email inbox.
- Look for a message from SmartLink Support.
- Click the Confirm My Account button in the email.
This will open a new tab and confirm your account.
Step 5: Log In to Your New Account
- Return to the SmartLink login page.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign In.
Step 6: Choose Account Type
- You’ll be asked whether you’re setting up a Professional Account or a Personal Account.
- If joining a company account, use the invitation from your coworker.
- Otherwise, select Personal Account and confirm your choice.
Step 7: Get Started in SmartLink
- You will be directed to your new account dashboard.
- To begin using SmartLink:
- Click the New Site button (top right or at the bottom of the screen) to create a new site and add controllers.
