Learn how to delete users from a SmartLink site by following the instructions below
Step 1: Navigate to the Site Page
- Log in to your SmartLink Network account at smartlinknetwork.com.
- Select the site from which you want to remove a user.
- Click on the Admin drop down button.
- Select Manage Site Users.
Step 2: Identify the User to Delete
- You will see a list of users associated with the site.
- The Billing User will be displayed at the top, followed by other users with their associated permissions.
Step 3: Remove the User
- Locate the user you want to delete.
- Click the Remove button (red trash can icon) next to the user's name.
- A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you want to remove the user.
- Click Remove to confirm the action.
- A success message will indicate that the user has been removed.
Step 4: Additional Actions (Optional)
- If you need to add other users, click the Add User button in the top right corner.
- Manage permissions or adjust user roles as needed.
