Understanding Remote Off Status
- When you log into SmartLink and see Remote Off on your Controller Page, it means that scheduled irrigation events have been suspended due to a remote SmartLink command.
- To re-enable scheduled watering events, follow the steps below.
How to Clear Remote Off Status from SmartLink Network
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
- On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
- Then click on the Controller name
-OR- - Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.
Step 2: Edit the Run Status
- Click Edit Settings under the Controller's basic information
- Select Run from SmartLink.
Step 3: Save and Send the changes
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Send button to update the controller.
- Verify the Recent Event Log and Run Status to confirm communication.
How to Clear Remote Off Status from the Controller's Panel on-site
- Turn the dial to Advanced Menu.
- Press the Up button until Rain Delay is displayed.
- Select Rain Delay by pressing the Next button (left of the display).
- Change the number of Rain Delay Days to 0.
- Sync the controller with SmartLink by performing a Receive Command, or wait for the overnight update to synchronize automatically.
