Learn how to Transfer Sites from one Branch to another under your Company Account in SmartLink Network by following the steps below
Step 1: Log in and Access Company Account Settings
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com and log into your SmartLink account using your credentials.
- In the top navigation bar, click on Settings.
- From the dropdown menu, select Company Account to open your organization-level settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Branches Tab
- In the Company Account section, click on the Branches tab.
- You will see a list of all branches under your company account.
- The main (parent) branch is marked with a star icon and cannot be removed or reassigned.
Step 3: Open the Source Branch
- In the list of branches, locate the branch from which you want to transfer sites.
- Click the Manage button in that branch’s row.
- This will display a list of all sites currently assigned to that branch.
Step 4: Find and Select Sites to Transfer
- Use the search bar at the top of the site list to locate specific sites by name.
- Alternatively, adjust the number of entries shown to scroll through the full list.
- Click the checkbox next to each site you want to move to another branch.
- You can select one or multiple sites as needed.
Step 5: Transfer Selected Sites
- Once your selections are made, click the Transfer Sites button at the top of the site list.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select the destination branch you want to move the sites to.
- Review your selection to ensure accuracy.
- Click Transfer Sites to confirm and complete the move.
Step 6: Confirm the Transfer
- The selected sites will be immediately reassigned to the chosen branch across the SmartLink platform.
- Users assigned to the destination branch will now have access to manage these sites.
- You can verify the transfer by checking the site list under the new branch.
