Learn how to manage billing from the SmartLink Settings menu by following the steps below
Step 1: Log into SmartLink
- Navigate to smartlinknetwork.com.
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign In.
Step 2: Access the Billing Page
- Locate the Settings menu in the top-right toolbar.
- Click on Manage -> Billing to access your list of Aircard inventory.
Step 3: Check Your Billing Access
- Review the list of current billing users.
- If you’re not the billing user for a site, it will appear in the table below.
- Enter a site name or billing contact in the search bar to filter results.
Step 4: Claim Billing Responsibility
- Select individual sites using the check boxes, or click Select All.

Click Claim Billing Responsibility for All.
Step 5: Manage Billing Details
- View subscription terms and renewal dates.
- Access payment history.
- Update credit card and contact information.
Step 6: Repeat as Needed
- Repeat these steps to manage billing across multiple sites.
- Consolidate billing under one user for easier account management.
