Learn how to change your SmartLink password by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log Into SmartLink and Access Your Profile
- Log in to smartlinknetwork.com.
- In the top-right corner, click on Settings.
- Select My Profile from the drop down menu.
Step 2: Change Your Password
- Scroll to the bottom of the My Profile page.
- In the Change Password section:
- Enter your new password in the first field.
- Confirm the new password by re-entering it in the second field.
- Click Change Password.
- A success banner will appear at the top if your password was updated successfully.
- If there’s an error, a red message will appear in the top left with instructions on how to fix it.
Step 3: Reset Password if You’re Locked Out
- From the login screen, click Forgot Password under the Sign In button (link below).
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
- Check your email's inbox for a password reset email and click Change My Password.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click Change Password.
- Once confirmed, you’ll be logged into SmartLink with your new password.
