Learn how to disable Flow Shutdown using SmartLink Network by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
- On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
- Then click on the Controller name
-OR- - Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.
Step 2: Access the Flow Menu
- On the Controller Page, scroll down and select Flow.
- Review your flow sensor settings and parameters.
Step 3: Disable Flow Shutdown
- Click Edit Flow Settings at the bottom of the Flow page.
- Under the Flow Shutdown column, select Disable All to turn off Flow Shutdown for all zones.
- Confirm that the status for all zones is now listed as Disabled.
- Click Save Changes.
Step 4: Send the Changes to Your Controller
- Click the red Send button to apply the changes to your controller.
- Wait for the system to communicate with your SmartLink controller.
- A confirmation message stating Send was completed successfully will appear.
Step 5: Verify Changes
- Navigate to the Recent Events section.
- Confirm that the zones have been updated to Off.
- Ensure the High Flow and Low Flow limits are set to Off for all disabled zones.
