Learn how to manage Aircards from the SmartLink Settings menu by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log into SmartLink
- Navigate to smartlinknetwork.com.
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign In.
Step 2: Access the Aircards Management Page
- Locate the Settings menu in the top-right toolbar.
- Click on Manage Aircards to access your list of Aircard inventory.
Step 3: Review Aircards Overview
- You will see a complete list of all Aircards linked to your SmartLink user account.
- Each entry provides key information, including:
- ICCID number
- Status
- Site and controller location
- Subscription details
- History link to view past activity
Step 4: Search for Specific Aircards
- Use the search bar to find Aircards by ICCID number.
- You can search using partial numbers for quick lookup.
Step 5: View Aircard History and Status
- Click on an Aircard entry to see its detailed history.
- View key details such as:
- Current active status
- Site and controller information
- Activation and removal dates
- Identify Aircards that are pending activation or idle (not connected to a controller).
Step 6: Monitor and Maintain Connectivity
- Regularly reviewing your Aircard status ensures a reliable connection between controllers and the SmartLink cloud.
- Keep your irrigation system operating efficiently by managing Aircards through the SmartLink Settings menu.
