Learn how to clear faults from your controller using SmartLink Network by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
- On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
- Then click on the Controller name
-OR- - Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.
Step 2: Find the Fault Notification
- On the right side of the Controller Page, locate the Recent Events section.
- Check for the displayed fault notification.
Step 3: Clear the Fault
- Click the Clear Faults button.
- Wait a few seconds for the system to communicate with your controller.
- A confirmation message will appear once the fault is successfully cleared.
Step 4: View Past Faults (Optional)
- To view previous faults, click View All Events.
- This will show a complete history of past faults and events.
Step 5: Confirm Fault Clearance (Optional)
- Click the Receive button on the Controller Page to reconnect with your controller.
- Allow 10 to 15 seconds for communication.
- If no faults are detected, you’ll see a confirmation that no faults are present.
- If the fault pops up again, start troubleshooting it
