How to Adjust the Zone to Zone Delay in SmartLink

Learn how to set the Zone to Zone Delay in SmartLink Network by following the instructions below

Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller

1. Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
2. On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
3. Then click on the Controller name
   -OR-
4. Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.

Step 2: Access the Advanced Menu

1. Navigate to the Advanced Programming / Menu tab on the Controller Page.

Step 3: Adjust the Zone to Zone Delay

1. Find the Zone to Zone Delay setting.
2. This setting controls the delay between one zone shutting off and the next zone activating.
3. Adjust the delay time to your preference. Typical settings range from 1 to 10 minutes depending on system pressure and valve response times.
4. A longer delay may be beneficial if using a pump station to allow for full system stabilization.

Step 4: Save and Send Changes

1. After making your adjustments, click Save Advanced Settings.
2. Click Send to apply the changes to your controller.
3. Confirm that your updates were sent successfully by checking for a green Successfully Sent banner.
