How to Edit Program names in SmartLink Network

Learn how to edit program names in SmartLink Network by following the instructions below

Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller

1. Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
2. On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
3. Then click on the Controller name
   -OR-
4. Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.

Step 2: Access the Edit Program Feature

1. On the Controller Page, scroll down to the Programming section.
2. Find the Edit Program button under each Program.
3. Select the program you want to edit, such as Program A or Program B.

Step 3: Edit Program Name

1. Under Step 1: Program Description, you will see the default program name (e.g., Program A).
2. Delete the default name and enter a new name. For example:
   • If it’s a tree program, name it Trees.
   • If it’s a turf program, name it Turf.
3. Click Save to apply the name change.

Step 4: Send Changes to Your Controller

1. After saving your changes, click the Send button to send the updated program name to your controller.
2. The communication process may take a few minutes.
3. A green Successfully Sent banner will appear at the top when the update is complete.
