Learn how to edit and delete saved Snapshots in SmartLink Network by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
- On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
- Then click on the Controller name
-OR- - Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.
Step 2: Access the Snapshot Feature
- On the Controller Page, find the Snapshot button near the top of the screen, next to the Events Log button.
- Click on the Snapshot button.
- If you have any saved snapshots, they will appear with details including:
- Date and Time of creation
- Created by
- Snapshot Name
Step 3: Edit a Snapshot
- On the Snapshot Page, find the snapshot you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button under the Actions column.
- Rename the snapshot by entering a new name (e.g., changing "Summer" to "Spring").
- Click the Edit button again to save the changes.
- A confirmation message will appear indicating that the snapshot was successfully renamed.
Step 4: Delete a Snapshot
- On the Snapshot Page, find the snapshot you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button under the Actions column.
- A confirmation message will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. Keep in mind that this action cannot be undone.
- Click OK to confirm.
- The snapshot will be permanently deleted and removed from the list.
