Learn how to view the Events Log in SmartLink Network by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log in to SmartLink
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account.
- Once logged in, you will land on the Site Page.
Step 2: Select Your Site and Controller
- On the Site Page, find the search bar.
- Type in your Site Name and select it from the search results.
- Click on the site name to open its details.
- OR - Locate the Controller List and click on the controller name.
Step 3: Access the Events Log
- On the Controller Page, you have two options to view the Events Log:
- Option 1: Click the Events Log button on the gray bar at the top of the screen.
- Option 2: Scroll down to the Recent Events section and click on View All Events.
- For easier navigation, consider opening the Events Log in a new tab by right-clicking the link and selecting “Open in New Tab.”
Step 4: Review Events and Descriptions
- On the Events Log page, look at the Description of the Fault column.
- This column provides key details, including:
- Faults
- Program Changes
- Status Changes
- Weather Sensor Activity
- Controller Programming Updates
- Zone Faults
Step 5: Customize the Events Log View
- If you want to adjust the displayed information, click on Pick Columns.
- Select the columns you want to see. For example, choose the User column to track who made specific changes.
- Once you've selected your preferences, click Update Table to apply the changes.
