How to Build a Runtime Report

Learn how to build and save a Runtime Report in SmartLink Network by following the instructions below

Step 1: Log in and Select Your Site

1. Log in to your SmartLink Network account at smartlinknetwork.com
2. Select the site for which you want to generate the run time report.

Step 2: Access the Reports Section

1. After selecting your site, click on Reports at the top.
2. This section provides access to various reporting tools, including Run Time, Flow, and temperature data reports.

Step 3: Configure Your Report

1. In the Reports Menu, navigate to Reporting Items on the left.
2. Select All Controllers or a specific controller from the site.

Step 4: Select Zones

1. Choose how you would like to view zone data:
   • All Zones Grouped
   • All Zones Individually
   • Specific Zones from the selected controller
2. Make your selection to customize the report further.

Step 5: Add Runtime Data

1. Select Run Times as the data to include in your report.
2. Click Add to generate the report.

Step 6: Save Your Report

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Click Save As.
3. Enter a name for your report, such as Controller 3 Run Times by Zone.
4. Click OK to save.

Step 7: Access and Adjust Saved Reports

1. After saving, you will no longer need to recreate the report each time.
2. Simply select the saved report to view it.
3. Adjust the timeline to view data across different time periods.
4. This will save you time, as the report remains stored in SmartLink.

Step 8: Export Your Report

1. To export the report for record keeping or sharing, click Download CSV.
2. The report will be saved as a CSV file that you can easily share with your team.
