Learn how to build and save a Runtime Report in SmartLink Network by following the instructions below
Step 1: Log in and Select Your Site
- Log in to your SmartLink Network account at smartlinknetwork.com
- Select the site for which you want to generate the run time report.
Step 2: Access the Reports Section
- After selecting your site, click on Reports at the top.
- This section provides access to various reporting tools, including Run Time, Flow, and temperature data reports.
Step 3: Configure Your Report
- In the Reports Menu, navigate to Reporting Items on the left.
- Select All Controllers or a specific controller from the site.
Step 4: Select Zones
- Choose how you would like to view zone data:
- All Zones Grouped
- All Zones Individually
- Specific Zones from the selected controller
- Make your selection to customize the report further.
Step 5: Add Runtime Data
- Select Run Times as the data to include in your report.
- Click Add to generate the report.
Step 6: Save Your Report
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Save As.
- Enter a name for your report, such as Controller 3 Run Times by Zone.
- Click OK to save.
Step 7: Access and Adjust Saved Reports
- After saving, you will no longer need to recreate the report each time.
- Simply select the saved report to view it.
- Adjust the timeline to view data across different time periods.
- This will save you time, as the report remains stored in SmartLink.
Step 8: Export Your Report
- To export the report for record keeping or sharing, click Download CSV.
- The report will be saved as a CSV file that you can easily share with your team.
