Learn how to build a Flow Report using the data your flow sensor sends to your Flow Air Card by following the instructions below
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Section
- Log in to your SmartLink account at smartlinknetwork.com
- Navigate to the controller's Site Page.
- Click the Report button at the top of the page.
Step 2: Clear Existing Data (Optional)
- By default, you will see the high and low temperatures from your weather sensor (if available) and the run times for the past 7 days.
- If you prefer a clean graph, click the X buttons to remove any unwanted data.
Step 3: Select Your Reporting Items
- Under Reporting Items, ensure the correct Site is selected.
- If you have multiple controllers, change the selection from All Controllers to a specific controller.
Step 4: View All Zones Grouped
- Select All Zones Grouped as your view option.
- Under the SmartLink Controller section, change the data from Run Times to Gallons.
- Click Add to generate the report.
Step 5: Adjust the Time frame
- If there isn’t much data from the past 7 days, adjust the timeline using the pre-selected options.
- Choose from options like Past 30 Days or Past 3 Months.
- For example, on December 8, 2024, all zones combined may show a total of 10,082 gallons used.
- You can switch to a Daily View to see detailed data, such as 3,386 gallons used on that specific day.
Step 6: View Zones Individually
- To see data for each zone separately, clear the current data using the X buttons.
- Change the selection from All Zones Grouped to Individually.
- Click Add to view zone-specific data.
- Adjust the timeline to Past 30 Days or another desired period to get detailed insights.
Step 7: Save Your Report
- If you want to save the report for future use, click the Save As button.
- Enter a name for the report, such as Daily Gallons.
- Click OK to confirm.
- If the timeline reverts, simply adjust it back to your preferred view.
Step 8: Download or Delete Your Report
- To keep a copy of your report, you can:
- Download it as a CSV file.
- Export it to an Excel file.
- If you no longer need the report:
- Click Delete Report.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
