Learn how to create a Company Account in SmartLink Network by following the instructions below
Step 1: Complete the Account Setup
- Log in to your SmartLink account at smartlinknetwork.com
- If you haven’t already, continue with a personal account.
- If you are adding a coworker, enter their email address and wait for them to approve you.
- After completing the personal account setup, you will land on the Site Page with a welcome message.
Step 2: Access Company Account Settings
- Click on the Settings button in the top right corner.
- Select Company Account from the drop down menu.
Step 3: Add Users to Your Company Account
- On the Company Account User Page, click on the Add Users button in the top right.
- Enter the email address of your employee, coworker, or technician.
- Select the appropriate role for the user.
- Click Add User.
- When prompted, click Yes to send the invitation.
- A pending invitation for the entered email address will now appear with a yellow bubble.
- After they accept the invitation, they'll be added to the company account.
Step 4: Confirm User Status
- Once the invited user accepts the invitation, their role will appear with a white background.
- You will see the user’s name and email displayed on the User Page.
Step 5: Customize Your Company Account Settings
- Go to the Settings button in the top right.
- Update the Company Name if needed.
- Upload a Company Logo by selecting an image file and clicking upload.
- Update the Company Address by typing it in and clicking update.
- If the address is recognized, it will auto-populate. Click Update to save.
- A confirmation message will appear once the information is validated.
Step 6: Manage Company Account Options
- Access additional company account options, including:
- Subscriptions: Set up or manage payment methods for SmartLink Air Cards.
- Invoices: View past invoices.
- Click on User Roles to adjust permissions for different users.
- Choose from roles like Installer or Billing Admin with pre-selected permissions.
- Customize Standard User permissions using the descriptions provided.
- After making your selections, click Update Role to apply the changes.
- Click on User Goals to set individual user goals
- To set a user goal, go to the User Goals section.
- Select the desired user.
- Enter a goal. For example:
- Monthly Inspection Goal: Set to 4 inspections per month (1 per week).
- Click Set Goal to save.
