Learn how to resolve the incorrect time fault in SmartLink Network by following the instructions provided below
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
- On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
- Then click on the Controller name with the Time Error
-OR- - Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.
Step 2: Adjust the Date, Time, and Time Zone
- From the Controller's Home Page, select Edit Settings under the Watering Mode options.
- Confirm the correct time zone for the controller’s geographical location.
- Set the appropriate Hour and Minutes.
- Select AM or PM as applicable.
- Ensure the correct Time Zone is selected.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Step 3: Send the Update to the Controller
- After saving, a Send button will appear.
- Click Send to transmit the updated time and time zone information from the cloud to the controller.
- A blue banner will indicate communication is in progress.
- Wait for the Green Success Banner to confirm the update was completed.
Step 4: Clear the Error
- Click on the Receive button to retrieve the latest system status.
- The system will now clear the incorrect time error if the issue has been resolved.
- Verify under Recent Events to ensure the error is no longer displayed.
