Learn how to set the time and date through SmartLink Network and communicate the change to your panel by following the instructions provided below
Step 1: Log In and Select Your Controller
- Go to smartlinknetwork.com and enter your login credentials to access your account.
- On the Site Page, find the search bar and type in and select your Site Name from the search results.
- Then click on the Controller name with the Time Error
-OR- - Locate the Controller List at the top, then find and click the Controller name.
Step 2: Adjust the Date and Time
- Click on Edit Settings under the Watering mode.
- Locate the Controller Date section.
- Select the appropriate Month, Day, and Year using the available drop-down options.
- Adjust the Hour and Minutes using the provided fields.
- Choose AM or PM as needed.
Step 3: Set the Time Zone
- Ensure the correct Time Zone is selected for the controller's geographic location.
- Important: Failing to select the correct time zone can result in errors and incorrect time reporting.
Step 4: Save and Send the Update
- After making your adjustments, click Save.
- A Send button will appear to the right.
- Click Send to push the updates from the cloud to the controller panel.
- A blue banner will indicate the communication is in progress.
- Wait for the Green Success Banner to confirm the update was completed.
Step 5: Confirm the Update
- Verify the date and time on the controller to ensure the update was successful.
