Learn how to update the Aircard's ICCID number on SmartLink Network by following the instructions provided below
Step 1: Access the Admin Panel
- Go to SmartLink Network at smartlinknetwork.com and navigate to this controller’s page.
- At the top of the screen, locate the following options: Controller Name, Reports, Inspections, Proposal, Snapshots, Events, and Admin.
- Click on Admin and select Controller Options from the drop down menu.
Step 2: Update the Aircard's ICCID Number
- Within the Controller Options page, you’ll see general information about the panel and the Aircard.

Identify the current Aircard. In this example, it is an AT&T device.

- If you have physically replaced the Aircard and see a solid static green light on the new one, it’s time to update the ICCID number.
- Enter the new Aircard number in the appropriate field.
- Indicate that the old Aircard is broken.
- Click Reactivate.
Step 3: Confirm the Update
- A prompt will ask you to confirm the accuracy of the Aircard number.
- Click OK to proceed.
- The platform will initiate the Aircard activation, connecting it to the SmartLink Network and the controller panel.
Step 4: Monitor the Connection
- After activation, the air card will connect to a cell tower and establish communication between the panel, Aircard, and cloud services.
- Allow some time for the process to complete.
Step 5: Confirm Successful Setup
- Once the controller is successfully set up, a confirmation message will appear.
- The air card will now be active and fully operational.
